Whilst we hold the majority of our stock in our automated on-site warehouse from top brands such as Nike, adidas, Joma, Puma, Stanno and Mitre, we are unable to hold every product size/colour variation on site due to the massive amount of product variations in teamwear. Due to this, when you place an order on Direct Soccer, we may have to purchase your items direct from the appropriate supplier. Please note that although most items are available for immediate dispatch (excludes personalised products) some may take slightly longer, but please rest assured that once we receive these items, they will be processed for next working day dispatch.

Deliveries are carried out by DPD or Royal Mail at a fixed rate whatever the size of your order. Please note that Royal Mail will only be available at the checkout if the parcel is under 2kg.

This option is available to any location in the UK including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) at the flat rate of £3.99 per order.

Collection from our Premises

Please note that customers have 30 days to collect their order. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, the items will be returned to stock and a refund will be issued.

Items should be returned within 28 days of receipt, in unused condition and in original packaging, with tags still intact. Your refund will be processed within 5 working days from receipt of your return. Delivery costs are non-refundable. Return of items will be at your own cost and risk - we recommend using a tracking service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We do not offer exchanges; therefore, we recommend any replacements needed are ordered on our website.

PLEASE NOTE: All personalised items (including Clubshop items with added embroidery or print e.g badges, names and numbers) are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
